There's No Place Like Home.............

My trip has been fabulous and the best part has been re-connecting with my family and friends. Being a continent and an ocean away can be a bit rough some times.........I am looking forward to my trip to Zambia next week for our Gold Club Conference and then on back home to the South Coast to see my Husband and puppies!

Only a Few Days Left in the U.S.--I can't believe it!

Have been busy (as usual) on my trip here in Dallas. Sunday was exciting because I attended the 2nd day of the Real Estate and Wealth Expo at the Dallas Convention Center and saw Paula White, Raymond Aaron and Donald Trump all speak. I had great seat and loved it. Paula White is very positive and I love her biblical message. Raymond has written a book with Robert Kiosoki and everyone knows who Donald Trump is. Mr. Trump did NOT dissapoint with his charismatic delivery. I felt like I was at a Rock Concert (well, not really, but I loved it!).

Raymond Aaron was featured in The Secret and apparently Robert Kiosoki and Jack Canfield and scores of others use his goal achieving methods. I was just watching him going--he's doing what I want to do--ultimately! I feel like I can do it too.

Am going to my Aunt's tonight and we will watch The Secret with her friend (I'm introducing it to anyone and everyone.....) and am looking forward to that.

Blog is Building (Slowly But Surely......)

I have now added some elements to my Blog that I've been wanting to add for a while. Now, anyone who wants to know what tools I have used for my mind transformation can see them, learn more about them and invest in them if they want.

This is such a relief as I am not the most technically advanced and I have built this all my self. 'Well, my blog site is all "Click and Paste" so that most certainly helps. As I say, "If I can do it, anyone can do it."

My next step is to start telling my story in more detail (so you can see just how "low" in mind and thought and spirit I was last year) and highlighting and teaching the various methods I have been using--such as Paraliminal CD's from Learning Strategies International and The Science of Getting Rich Home Study Course from the Teachers of The Secret.

I am still on holiday in the USA until May 29th at which point I will leave for Zambia to attend Pam Golding's Gold Club Conference (for top 10% of agents in company) at The Royal Livingstone Lodge right on the Zambezi River and Victoria Falls. It will be unbelievable-if I can stay awake and not be too jet lagged from a 7 hour time difference and 24 hours of four flights to make it.

Please know that I am fully aware that nothing in my success would be possible without God and I certainly give Him the credit for any and all success I've experienced in my life--now & in the future. He also gave us our minds and the ability to think positively with them for His glory.

Visiting family in Dallas, Texas, USA -- May 2007

Sorry it's been so long, a lot has happened in past month. We had our year-end awards for Kwa-Zulu Natal in April for Pam Golding Properties and I won the award "Highest Number of Units Sold" and I ended up the year #5 in overall Gold Club Points--not bad for someone from another country, new in real estate and who last May was so negative that my own Principal didn't want to be around me! I must congratulate my colleague, Fiona Crago, in Ballito for achieving #1 Gold Club Status for like the 10th year in a row in KZN. She's an awesome Estate Agent and I try to learn from her whenever possible.

As my blogs continue and my new website gets developed (www.how-to-excel.com) I will share tips and what all I have used to transform my mind to be the positive person I now am (and work on being!).

I'm now in America on a long overdue family visit (2 1/2 years!) and time has flown. I thought I wouldn't have enough to do while over here but I haven't stopped for a minute seeing all of my family and friends....and more to come next week. I'm now in beautiful East Texas visiting my Aunt Jackie, Uncle Ed and dear Mitzi and looking forward to more "Tex-Mex" food tomorrow night.

The Law of Attraction Works--#5 out of 247 agents!

In my humble opinion The Law of Attraction is amazing and works! I just found out today that for the year-end I ended up #5 out of 247 Estate Agents in my Province AND I was in top 10% chosen for our Gold Club Conference in Zambia!

Gold Club Gala and function is this Friday night but I must tell you this all started last year this time when I attended the 2006 Gold Club Function and made a decision then and there to not only make Pam Golding Properties in South Africa's Gold Club but to be on stage for the trip as well.

If any of you could have seen my sales figures at that time you would have thought NO WAY--Sharon will never achieve that milestone--especially when combined with my "negative" thought patterns of the time. It was NOT a winning combination.

At last year's function and afterwards I started to imagine myself on stage receiving recognition for making Gold Club and for making the trip and FEELING what it would feel like to achieve this and I kept at it. I didn't do it all the time but here and there, plus I would write it as a goal already achieved in the present tense..............

"I easily and effortlessly make Gold Club and Trip for 2007..............."

And Voila, I have done it!

I am sharing this with everyone to let them know if I can do it after being SO down and anything but positive and end up as a top producer for Pam Golding Properties anyone can do the same (or achieve whatever they want to!!!!!)

Slowly but Surely..................

I am slowly but surely getting there with all of this. Have just learned how to post a picture on blog site and change the template and text blocks. It's not too hard, just takes time, but I'm sure it would be much easier for someone more computer literate than I am. I'm absolutely swamped, thought moving to Africa from America would be more relaxing (ha! ha!) I'm running as fast as I ran back in Texas if not faster.

Work is very hectic as it is our "Season" period with Easter coming up and I have several contracts coming in today. I've set a goal for myself to sell R 20,000,000 this month (since I'm going to American next month) and am saying my affirmations daily and constantly....

"I easily & effortlessly sell R20,000,000 of property in April."

"I sell out Villa Moya Phase 2 by the end of April."

I always write my goals out in a present tense format. I did this last May (2006) when it looked as if i had no hope of making Pam Golding's Gold Club & Trip for 2007 so i wrote:

"I make Gold Club and Trip for 2007 by December 2006."

And I've done it! Hooplah is to come. My numbers are being audited TODAY by the company so we'll celebrate when I get the 100% clearance that I've made it.

New Adventure

I'm starting this new blog because The Law of Attraction has been absolutely amazing in my own life during these past 9 months or so and after seeing the movie The Secret two weeks ago I was blown away because I had been practicing all of these things that were in the movie.........& I had never even heard of the movie before this, much less seen it. (Whew!)
